frequently asked questions
Please read carefully as answers to many questions about this year's festival can be found here!
How will COVID-19 affect the festival ?
We are committed to following the guidelines of the CDC, as put forth the day of the event in September. This includes proper means to ensure social distancing and expanding the festival grounds to accommodate regulations.
How do tickets work this year ?
This year's festival will be moving to a barcode ticket system. You must purchase tickets online through this website (or through a member) to receive a ticket barcode. Once at the festival, you will scan your barcode for entry. One barcode scan per person. Barcodes can be shown right on your phone, or can be printed ahead of time.
Is my ticket tax-deductible ?
Yes! HTVFC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, volunteer organization. All contributions and donations made are tax-deductible!
Will I be carded at the gate ?
Yep! Please remember to bring your valid ID the day of the festival, or we unfortunately cannot let you into the grounds. Only after showing ID will you be given your drinking wristband, so don't forget. No exceptions!
What if it rains ?
Come on out! The event is rain or shine.
Getting to the festival ?
We encourage all attendees to Lyft or Uber to the festival as a preferred means of transportation. Designated drivers are encouraged if ride-share is not available to you.
